This dry rub is one of my favorite. It is great on chicken and pork, i've even used it on venison. It has a sweet smokey flavor with a kick.
- 4 parts Paprika
- 1 part Chili Powder
- 1 part Cheyenne
- 2 parts Sugar
- 2 parts Brown Sugar
- 2 parts Ground Cumin
- 2 parts Salt
- 1 Part Black Pepper
- 1 Part Onion Powder
